Do you offer free quotes?

Yes, we will come & visit you at your home where we can run through all your ideas & suggestions. We will then get a quote to you within 1 week.

Do you take a deposit?

NO, we are one of maybe only a few in the area that takes NO upfront “deposits” from you. It's simple, we will buy everything & you pay us when we have finished & you are happy.

How long does it take?

The most frequently asked question!! On average, we take 2 weeks to complete a full bathroom makeover. A couple of days more maybe if we are plastering & doing electrics.

What is included in the service?

We can supply everything from electrical works, plumbing, tiling & plastering.

Can I use the toilet during work?

If you only have 1 bathroom we understand this can cause a problem. We will, where we can, try to re-install the toilet of an evening when we can.

Do you take care of the entire bathroom installation?

Of course! We can arrange everything for you, from tiling, plumbing, electrics, plastering & gas work. We do it all!!

Do you provide both the design & the installation?

Yes, we offer a complete service from planning & design through to supply & full installation, all managed by our in-house team.

Can you work to my budget?

Yes, we work closely with customers to design bathrooms that suit their needs & budget without compromising on quality.

Is waste removal included?

Yes, we can arrange for the delivery of a skip or we can get it removed at the end of the job.

Are there guarantees?

Yes, all of our work is guaranteed for 1 year but we are always on hand thereafter should an issue arise.

Do you waterproof your wet areas?

Yes, we like to sleep easy at night so knowing your bath or shower is tanked in a waterproof membrane ensures both you & I sleep well!

How quickly can you start?

Depending on the size of the project we aim to usually have a start date within 8 weeks.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are comprehensively covered with Public Liability Insurance.
